Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to elevate the client experience and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong attention to detail to resolve client issues and maintain compliance.
• Fully comply with training, risk parameters, and regulatory obligations.
• Eligibility for required licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 6, 63) within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet regularly in person and by phone.
• Build lasting relationships and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
