In this role you will assist with accounts, leverage Chase Mobile App and ATMs, and collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless service. A strong emphasis on compliance and customer care is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and using self-service technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
