Qualifications

• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients; manage lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts in line with policies.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships and collaborate with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in compliance.
