Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a friendly and motivated teller to provide outstanding client service in our Goldsboro, NC branch. You will perform both complex and routine transactions while identifying client needs and opportunities.

You will promote digital banking solutions, assist with outbound client outreach, and refer customers to branch specialists when appropriate. Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
• Ability to use PCs and standard software for branch operations.
• Able to travel or relocate as needed for staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinct client experience with courteous conversations and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales by outreach, checking offers, and referring clients to branch specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
