Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in our Mount Holly, NC branch. You will handle complex and standard transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support the sales process through outbound outreach and needs-based referrals.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and willingness to learn through training programs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying needs.

• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and meetings to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
