Role requires a strong commitment to compliance and risk management, with licensing requirements to be completed within specified timelines. Weekend and some evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration requirements and related compliance.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultation to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to support banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
