Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and build relationships.
• Excellent communication, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail to resolve client issues quickly and accurately.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Compliance with risk, regulatory and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in the branch.
• Acquire, manage, and retain client relationships with proactive meetings.
• Tailor product and service recommendations to client financial needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile apps and online banking.
• Coordinate with specialists to address complex financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
