• Ability to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in-branch.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for their needs.
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
