Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality-driven service while using banking solutions and fintech tools to meet clients' financial needs.

You will build lasting relationships, guide clients through products, and collaborate with experts to address complex financial requirements, including adherence to risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone, tailoring product features to clients.
• Resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent, and licenses as applicable.
• Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase’s program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs and offer solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase technology, such as mobile app and online banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and refer to experts.
• Comply with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
