Qualifications

1+ year sales experience in Retail or Financial Services.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
College degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and understand clients' needs.
Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person or by phone to grow relationships and tailor recommendations.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on financial solutions and connect clients to experts.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
