JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch in New York. The role focuses on delivering hospitality, acquiring and managing client relationships, and guiding customers through banking solutions using Chase technology.

Candidates should have 1+ year of sales experience in banking or financial services, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements. Occasional weekends/evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail - providing a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet risk and compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63), and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days of hire.

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
