Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Relationship Banker in a branch to deliver hospitality, build lasting client relationships, and leverage Chase's digital tools to meet financial needs.

You will meet clients in person and by phone, explain products, navigate risk and compliance, and collaborate with a team of experts to provide tailored solutions. Prior banking sales experience and licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and by phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
