Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional hospitality and financial guidance in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience and provide tailored financial solutions.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales in banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. Licensing and compliance training are mandatory, with support for necessary registrations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Able to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with required training.
• High school degree or equivalent. SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor financial recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs, building trust and anticipating requests.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
