Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.

• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult clients and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
