Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking with proven results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must satisfy licensing requirements and obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients to use Chase mobile app and online tools.
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
