Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships and to educate clients on solutions.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with internal/external policies and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs, build trust, and anticipate future requirements.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and complete training as required.
