The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients - elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail - ensuring a consistent client experience; operate within risk parameters and complete training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC's licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for needs anytime.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to our team for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
