Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year in banking, sales, or related experience; at least 6 months selling products or services.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation and S.A.F.E Act registration.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of bank products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing general banking needs.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications for clients.
• Educate clients on digital tools and enroll them in electronic banking.
