Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses or enroll in JPMorgan Chase licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
