Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Tennessee is seeking a Branch Customer Service Associate to deliver a distinctive client experience, perform a range of transactions, and uncover client needs while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will educate clients on digital solutions and support the sales process, contributing to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives with flexibility for weekends and varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience, conducting transactions and identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls, offers checks, and referrals to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies and procedures.
