The role involves outbound calling, supporting sales, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver Truist solutions while adhering to controls and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• May require weekend and extended hours with travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge via trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling branch demands.
