Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel to cover temporary staffing needs and potential weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone.
• Cross-sell and refer to other partners to grow client relationships.
• Perform teller duties as needed and support sales goals.
• Engage clients with courteous service and identify opportunities to meet needs.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies and risk management.
