Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and meet clients’ needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
