Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and a consultative approach.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
