Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring new clients and growing relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, able to tailor features and benefits to clients with varying needs.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training, policies and regulatory obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC's licensing program within 180 days of hire.

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear consultation to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
