You will leverage banking solutions and technology to meet clients’ financial needs, while adhering to regulatory requirements and corporate policies. Responsibilities include proactive client engagement, tailoring product recommendations, and collaborating with a team of specialists to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent; licenses required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
