Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality and cutting-edge banking solutions.

You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address clients' needs and simplify their financial lives. You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on technology tools, and collaborate with our team of experts to meet complex financial needs

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product solutions.
Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, with a consultative approach.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
Operate within risk parameters and complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
Learn products and procedures to effectively consult and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
