Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Excellent communication and active listening to tailor solutions for clients.
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage and meet with clients to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and explain banking solutions.
• Promote technology usage (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for client convenience.
• Learn products and collaborate with specialists to address financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
