You will work branch hours, maintain risk and compliance standards, and develop expertise across products while guiding clients to the right specialists. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; license through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly service and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
