Job summary

You will use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs, learn products quickly, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs, while complying with policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related field.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, 63, and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and collaborate with experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
