Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; licensure within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
