Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success
  • Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
  • Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
  • Operate within risk parameters and complete required training
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required); licensing program within 180 days of hire
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

  • Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service
  • Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships
  • Engage in clear consultative communication to understand needs
  • Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs)
  • Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and refer to specialists
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
