Job summary

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailor financial solutions, and collaborate with experts to address needs while complying with regulatory requirements. This role requires weekend/evening hours and licensing within 180 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Proven ability to establish new clients and deepen relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain a consistent client experience.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
