Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase branch in Denver to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships. You will use digital tools to meet financial needs and support clients with tailored solutions.

You will collaborate with a team to advise on products, comply with banking regulations, and guide clients through Chase Mobile and Chase.com for convenient banking experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication, in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk tolerances and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
