The role requires 2+ years in direct sales, 1+ year banking experience, and solid computer skills; you will operate in a compliant, fast-paced branch setting with regular performance tracking and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and registered/licensed or able to be registered.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with branch banking transactions and service requests.
• Develop new clients through referrals and outside calling efforts.
• Cross-sell CNB products to meet client needs and grow relationships.
• Maintain branch operational integrity and comply with bank policies and regulations.
