Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Riverside area to drive branch sales while delivering exemplary client service. The RB will assist with transactions, onboarding, and operating procedures, while developing client relationships and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualified candidates have direct sales and banking experience, plus basic computer skills. The role emphasizes teamwork, regulatory compliance, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a banking environment required.
• Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and licensed/eligible for registration.
• Working knowledge of bank operations, policies and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary client service and support branch sales efforts.
• Assist clients with branch banking transactions as needed.
• Complete RB onboarding and apply training tools and resources.
• Profile clients during new account processes and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Call on prospects and existing clients to assess financial needs and growth opportunities.
• Maintain active client relationships and collaborate with sales partners.
