You will guide customers on digital tools, participate in outbound outreach, and support sales while aligning with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with consistent service while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
