Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages clients to assess banking needs and explain products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Guides clients on digital products and self-service options to meet needs.
• Maintains knowledge of bank policies and support systems to ensure excellent service.
