Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, providing trusted counsel while explaining deposits, loans, and other banking services.

You will build lasting client relationships, assess needs, and guide customers through digital tools to enhance their banking experience. In this role you will open accounts, process requests, and work with the branch team to deliver accurate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail banking experience typically less than four years or equivalent training.
• Strong ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital self-service banking products.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Assess and address customers' banking needs and educate on deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and excellence.
