Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel with a digital-first mindset.
• Identifies client needs, opens consumer and business accounts, completes service requests, and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital self-service tools and products to enhance the client experience and drive financial outcomes.
• Maintains knowledge of banking products and supports operational excellence and accuracy.
