U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and grow client relationships across in-person and virtual channels. You will assess financial needs, explain bank products, and guide customers through digital options while maintaining strong service standards.

You will collaborate with branch teams to open accounts, support credit processes, and ensure accurate handling of customer information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify a customer’s true needs while employing a digital-first mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to make proactive, appropriate recommendations meeting customer needs.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
