Job summary

You will open new accounts, process requests, and educate clients on self-service digital tools while collaborating with branch teammates to deliver exceptional service in a U.S. Bank location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide guidance on banking needs and digital options.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital/self-service tools.
• Identify solutions for clients based on their goals and needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset.
