You will open accounts, process service requests, and refer products to meet client goals with accuracy and compliance. You will build enduring client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with branch teammates to support day-to-day banking needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital banking products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver exceptional, accurate service.
