Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide counsel.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and tailor solutions to goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
• Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to meet financial needs.
