U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, and explain deposit and loan products while guiding clients through digital self-service options.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities to grow across multiple banking levels and participate in sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years retail banking experience (Relationship Banker I).
• Experience in sales campaigns/promotions and digital products is preferred.
• NMLS registration may be required under banking regulations.

Responsabilités

• Build and foster client relationships through in-person, by-appointment, and digital channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit/loan products and digital self-service tools.
• Proactively outreach to identify client needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and supported systems.
