Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and foster client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, with a digital-first mindset.

You will assess customer needs, collect and process account information, and educate clients on available deposit and loan products while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include opening consumer and business accounts, handling service requests, and recommending solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, learning about financial needs and channel preferences.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and communicates effectively.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service services to meet financial needs.
• Collaborates with branch team members to deliver an excellent client experience.
