Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–4+ years job related retail banking experience or equivalent training
• Willingness to work in other nearby locations occasionally

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs; educate clients on deposit and loan products and solutions.
• Obtain and process customer and account information; recommend suitable solutions based on customer goals.
• Demonstrate digital banking capabilities and adapt to a digital-first mindset.
