Qualifications

• Experience with sales campaigns/promotions and with digital/self-service banking products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital tools.
• Provide optimal client experience with accuracy and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
