Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including temporary assignments or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and efficient transactions, handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calling and identifying client needs, referring to branch or specialists as appropriate.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise for clients’ needs.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge of products through training and meetings to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload as branch demands require.
