Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide service and complete transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales via outbound calls and cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies.
• Assist with new account openings and issue resolution.
